Our Beginning

We started as a side hustle, selling Diamond Saw Blades to contractors in 2012. When we noticed the customers complaining about Cash-flow, utilizing my past experience as a Merchant credit card processor salesman (very short lived) I knew they needed a Working Capital Loan securing a WCL for contractors was a great success for them and our business! Around 2015 started a joint venture funding the SMB markets and Flipping houses in Chicago and Milwaukee, in 2021 started BGF LLC (Business Growth Financing) and REF, RealEstateFunding.biz, our goal and mission is to offer the best funding products at the lowest possible rates, helping our customers grow their businesses can only be a positive in helping us in growing ours.
